The opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State has called on the Kano State governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, to give a detailed account of how he spent the N6billion earmarked for Ramadan feeding in the state
Speaking while unveiling the distribution of the food commodities to members at Dawkin Tofa Local Government Area of the state on Saturday, the APC state chairman, Abdullahi Abbas, said there was need for accountability.

He said they decided to come to the rescue of their supporters and other indigenes to alleviate their economic hardship.
Abdullahi Abbas said, “The national chairman of the APC, Dr Umar Ganduje and Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, the chairman House Committee on Appropriation, Bichi, and host of others, including myself, donated money to purchase the rice for onward distribution to members as palliative.”
