Insurance coy hires general manager

Anchor Insurance Company Limited has employed Mr. Jide Fasanmi as its general manager, marketing, to strengthen its operations. He joined the company from Staco Insurance Plc, where he was an assistant general manager, brokers/branch operations.
A statement from the company said Fasanmi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management science from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi and a master‘s degree in marketing and strategic management from the Lagos State University, Ojo.
He commenced his insurance career at Guinea Insurance Plc in 1984. Also, he had worked at Bluefield Insurance Brokers Limited as the pioneer general manager in 1992 and had a brief stint at Crystal Insurance Brokers as general manager.
Fasanmi is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) and Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing.
