Kano lawmaker empowers 41 constituents

The lawmaker representing Fagge Federal Constituency, Muhammad Bello Shehu, has empowered 41 of his constituents with a N5 million grant to start businesses of their choice, with the beneficiaries receiving N200,000, N100,000 and N50,000 each.

He said, “This initiative is as a result of an outcome of a meeting that we are not just going to doll out empowerment but also to support the people’s growth.

“It is a system that will reward the loyalty and support of our people every month, especially the women folk. You believed in us and supported us with all your might. We must, therefore, take care of you.
