Following the commencement of production at the Dangote Petroleum Refinery, the company has confirmed the registration of three oil marketers as its pioneer distributors.
In a statement on its X on Tuesday, the Dangote Group listed the marketers to include members of the Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria, Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria and Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria.
“Three prominent associations, that constitute 75 per cent of the total market in Nigeria have been registered.
“The Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria, the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, and the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria,” the post read.

It however disclosed that it is still considering other marketers that have signified interest to partner with the refinery.
Also, it is still unclear when the products would be available in the market.
