Those calling Buhari a nepotist, bigot don’t know him – Femi Adesina

Femi Adesina, former special adviser to Muhammadu Buhari on media and publicity, has said that many people don’t know who Muhamamdu Buhari truly is.

Adesina stated this when shedding light on the book on the former President: “Working with Buhari: Reflections of A Special Adviser, Media, and Publicity (2015-2023)” during an interview on Channels TV’s Politics Today.

The book was launched on Tuesday in Abuja.

During the interview Adesina said, “Many people don’t know who Muhamamdu Buhari truly is. There are many narratives about President Muhammadu Buhari. It depends on where you are considering it. It is like the story of some people and an elephant. Each of them described it depending on where he touched.

“There are many perspectives on President Muhammadu Buhari depending on what they think they know and what they were exposed to about him. That is why I feel this book is necessary so that the real and true Muhamadu Buhari can be known.

“Muhamadu Buahri is someone who loves Nigeria dearly. He is a fair-minded man. Those who called him nepotist or bigot don’t know him. He is a man who will never seek to impose his religion on you.”
