Tackling the education problem in Northern Nigeria

Northern Nigeria’s out-of-school problem has a significant impact on the social and economic aspects of the area, hence a multifaceted strategy is necessary to comprehend and tackle the situation, taking into account the various reasons that contribute to the high rates of dropout and non-enrollment.

Governments and NGOs are collaborating to address issues like gender inequality, enhance the calibre of teachers and incorporate technology into the classroom.

Therefore, understanding the root causes of non-enrollment is crucial.
