The Kogi State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested and paraded three persons, including a pastor for issuing fake employment letters to unsuspecting individuals and breach of contract.
The Assistant Commandant General of NSCDC, Ahmad Ahmad Ghandi disclosed this in Lokoja on Wednesday.
According to him, those arrested for scamming their clients include, Faruk Abdullahi, Pastor Chimezie, and Atahiru Abuh.
Explaining, he said Faruk Abdullahi was alleged to have produced a fake employment letter on the letter head of Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Authority (NIMASA) and given it to Sule Nurudeen Darlington, at the cost of N2m.

While pastor Chimezie collected one million naira from one AbdulBanu Ibrahim with the intent to help him invest in a coal mining business, which never materialised.
And that Atahiru Abuh was nabbed for failing to sell a car to one Aishat Abuh after collecting the sum of one million, seven hundred naira from her.
The NSCDC added that the arrest was made after a series of complaints by the victims and thorough investigation on the issues.
He said investigation revealed that the employment letter procured for one Sule Nurudeen Darlington by Faruk Abdullai, male, 31 , proved to be fake.
According to him, the discovery prompted the command to swing into action and arrest the suspect in his hideout in the state.
