River Basin Authority builds 4 boreholes for Ogun NLC

The Managing Director of Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (O-ORBDA), Olufemi Odumosu, has said four borehole facilities will be constructed at the Secretariat of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Odumosu gave the pledge during a courtesy visit by the leadership of the state council of the NLC at the corporate headquarters of the organization yesterday, asserting, “You should consider the four boreholes a done project. I will immediately call on the engineer to summon his team for the geophysical survey of the area and they should get going with the project.” 

The NLC chairman, Comrade Akeem Ambali, had earlier said the visit to the O-ORBDA was premised on the performance of its leadership. “It is not every time we go and bang table with managements. Where we see performance, we come over to appreciate it,” he said.
