The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr Ola Okukayode, has said that the commission under his watch will build the confidence of Nigerians.
Kayode, who spoke when he received the FCT Commissioner for Public Complaints Commission (PCC), Ezekiel Musa Dalhatu, in his office on Friday, assured that him that the commission would continue to partner with him towards tackling financial crimes and other related corruption cases in the FCT.
Earlier, Mr Dalhatu commended the commission and its management for their courage in prosecuting economic crimes in the country.
He informed the EFCC chairman that he was at the commission’s headquarters to make a case for the indigenous people of the FCT in the area of recruitment.
He, therefore, appealed to the commission’s management to as a matter of social justice allow federal character principles guide the commission.
