Tochukwu Ojogwu, the rapper popularly known as Odumodublvck, has disclosed that Grammy Award-winning singer, Temilade Openiyi, aka Tems, charges $500,000 for a feature.
He said this when asked if Tems would be featured on the deluxe edition of his album, ‘Eziokwu’.
The ‘Declan Rice’ crooner stated that he couldn’t afford Tems, who charges $500,000 or roughly ₦402,470,000.00, per verse.
A fan with the X (formerly Twitter) handle @shey_drogo had asked, “Hope Tems is on the deluxe.”
In response, Odumodublvck said, “One verse from Tems na 500k USD, even Hushpuppi leg go shake before e tremble.”
At the 2023 Headies, Odumodublvck won the Best Rap Single and Rookie of the Year awards.
He was also mentioned as one of Wizkid’s current favourite musicians.
Tems, on the other hand, became well-known throughout the world in 2020 as a result of her song “Essence” collaboration with Wizkid.
Since then, she has been a fan favourite in the Nigerian music scene and has won numerous awards.
