2 dead, 10 injured in Lagos-Ibadan expressway crash

Two persons on Friday died in a crash at the Kara section of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

It was gathered that 10 persons were also injured in the accident, which occurred at about 8.32am.

Blame it on thyself, not the devil

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Spokesman, Florence Okpe, confirmed the report and said 14 people were involved, “in which two died instantly, leaving 10 people injured and 2 people unhurt.”

Okpe said the crash involved a white Mazda bus with registration number XV945EPE, and an unregistered Howo Sino Truck.

She blamed the crash on route violation and dangerous driving.
