The Yobe State Police Command has arrested a man, Justice Gibson, for allegedly swapping ATM cards with people and stealing money from their accounts.
Gibson, a 28-year-old, who hails from Karim Lamido LGA of Taraba State, was arrested at the First Bank ATM gallery on Gashua Road, Damaturu.

Confirming the development to newsmen the spokesman of the command, DSP Dungus Abdulkareem, said the suspect was apprehended while attempting to dispossess one Musti Kafa’s ATM card.
He said the suspect was arrested in possession of various ATM cards from different banks used for his criminal activities, adding that he confessed to defrauding people of their ATM cards at the ATM gallery by roaming around and observing any person who might have a challenge using the ATM and volunteering to help.
