The House of Representatives has asked the federal Government to urgently put in place measures to ensure restoration of peace to the University of Maiduguri.
The House, while adopting a motion by Rep Mohammed TahirMonguno (APC, Borno) and 15 others, said the measures should include the immediate fencing of the school and the deployment of critical security systems to ensure full surveillance and detection of security breaches.
