An Upper Shari’ah Court sitting at Danbare area in Kano State presided over by Mallam Zakariyya Halhalatul Kuza’i has set Monday to deliver judgement on the ongoing trial between Dauda Kahutu Rarara and Muhammad Ma’aji.

In his plea, Ma’aji is seeking the payment of the money which he said was for phones the singer collected from him over time and giving out to people but refused to pay him.

However, counsel to the defendant earlier rejected the claim, saying that it was just a show, while the complainant assured the court of having tangible evidence to prove his claims.

The judge, who earlier fixed Wednesday to deliver judgement adjourned to Monday June 26.
