The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, says the commission will soon reactivate its Free Health Care Programme, which covers communities in the Niger Delta region, as part of its commitment to enhance better healthcare delivery to the people.
Speaking at the NDDC headquarters in Port Harcourt when a beneficiary of the commission’s healthcare intervention, Master Miracle Nwagbara and his parents, paid him a “thank you” visit, the Executive Director, Finance and Administration, Major General Charles Airhiavbere (rtd), said the provision of quality medical services to the people of the Niger Delta region was part of its mandate.
