Gunmen have killed two persons, including So-Safe Corps chief, Ogunrinde Saheed, and abducted two others on a farm in Awo village, Orile-Imo in Obafemi-Owode LGA of Ogun State.
Residents said the gunmen, in camouflage, on Wednesday invaded a popular farm in the village which had over 200 workers and were trailed by operatives of a joint operation of the police and the So-Safe Corps.

A resident, who noted that the incident happened on Tuesday night, said the kidnappers attempted to kidnap many workers on the farm but were resisted by the security operatives, hence that they killed two people and abducted two workers.
The Commander of So-Safe Corps, Soji Ganzalo, who confirmed the incident, said his men joined the operation to salvage the situation after the kidnappers invaded the village.
The police spokesman in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, also confirmed the incident, saying one of the suspects had been arrested.
