The app provides investors with the required flexibility to tie their savings and investment plans to a specific project or goal while earning competitive interest rates in the short and long terms.
A statement from the company noted that users have the option of using several electronic payment channels such as USSD, bank transfers, or debit cards to make scheduled transfers into their BaigeWallet to enable activation on any of the various savings and investments available to them on the platform.
Speaking on the launch, Chief Future Officer, Baige Technologies, Adetayo Opadiran, noted that BaigeWallet is designed to enable users to have a distinctive experience while saving and investing.

“The mobile application interface is built to encourage a smooth and hassle-free procedure in setting up various product plans that are in line with their financial goals and objectives while also providing an avenue for educating and enlightening them about effective financial planning and wealth management strategies. We aim to ensure that users get real value and feel more confident in their capacity to improve wealth,” he said.
