The GOC was speaking while playing host to executives of the Retired Army, Navy and Air Force Officers Association of Nigeria (RANAO), Plateau State chapter, and during a sendforth ceremony organised in honour of retiring Regimental Sergeant Majors (RSMs) held at 3 Division’s auditorium of the Maxwell Khobe Cantonment, Jos, Plateau State.
