Reinstated national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Edozie Njoku, has said that they will soon take over the national secretariat of the party in Abuja after the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Supreme Court judgment had been served on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the police.
Njoku, while addressing journalists yesterday in Abuja said that the CTC was only made available on Wednesday and that his team would follow the due process rather than rush.
He recalled that the apex court last Friday reaffirmed and restored Njoku as the authentic national chairman of APGA after a chairmanship tussle between him and Chief Victor Oye for about four years.
While noting that APGA needs to reconcile for the three elections coming up in Kogi, Bayelsa and Imo states, he called on Oye and all the former members of NWC, all the people in the wards, local governments, to unite and move the party forward.

But in a swift reaction, Dr Victor Ike Oye, said he remains the national chairman of APGA.
He recalled that on March 23, Njoku was “fabricating lies and falsehoods that the Supreme Court had deleted the name of Dr Victor Ike Oye, as the National Chairman of the APGA.”
