Nollywood actress: How an ex-lover wooed my sister

Ace Nigerian actress has revealed that she was once in a relationship whereby her former lover tried wooing her sister. Although the Nollywood star did not reveal the name of the said randy lover, she further spill the beans as she revealed that the man also tried caressing one of her friends in a car.

The 48-year-old actress who has been married since 2013 to Clifford Sule, a businessman and senior lecturer at Middlesex University in London, during an interview with media personality, Toke Makinwa on the latest episode of ‘Toke Moments’ show alongside Dakore Egbuson-Akande said, “He said to her, ‘you know I love your sister, but you know you and I…” the actress quoted her former lover.

Ikpe-Etim further stated, “So what I discovered was that he asked her to ‘grab me some water?’ She looked at him from head to toe and walked away. And I went mum.

She noted that upon probing her sister, she simply said, “So, I followed her and asked why won’t you get him water and she said ‘tell him to stop chasing me.’”

Etim was born on 21 October 1974 in Lagos. She attended Awa Nursery School and Command Primary School in Kaduna State, from where she then furthered her studies at Louis College, Jos, and the Federal Government Colleges in Jos and Ilorin.

The actress once said that her family was often transferred to various regions of Nigeria due to her father’s career with the Central Bank of Nigeria. Etim got her first degree in Theater Arts from the University of Calabar.

At 18, Etim started acting on stage at the university. Her first television appearance was in the family soap Inheritance. After her graduation from university, she temporarily left the film industry to venture into other endeavours before making a comeback with Emem Isong’s Reloaded alongside Ramsey Nouah, Rita Dominic, Ini Edo and Desmond Elliot.
