A 14-year-old mother in Akure has called on government, civil society organisations and humanitarians to help seek justice over serial defilement by some men, including her biological father.
The teenager in the Ondo State capital who delivered a baby boy on January 22, 2017, said the father of the baby, Oluwadarasimi, rejected the child because he was not the only one that had sex with her.
The teenage mother dropped out of one of the Local Authority (LA) primary schools, identifying one Sikiru, a commercial motorcyclist as the father of her baby.
She said Sikiru, who is married to two women, slept with her many times in her father’s house and he also invited four of his friends to join in.
The minor said Sikiru had threatened to chop off her head if she ever told anyone that he was the father of her baby despite the resemblance of the baby to him.
