Senator representing Nasarawa South at the National Assembly, Sen. Umaru Al-Makura (APC), has expressed gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari, for approving the establishment of a Federal Teaching Hospital, in Lafia.
He commended the president, for assenting to the bill for the establishment of Federal University of Lafia Teaching Hospital, saying it is one of best things that have ever happened to the state.

On the forthcoming general elections, Al-Makura called on the people of the state to vote for Bola Tinubu, Presidential candidate of their party, Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, himself and other candidates of APC.
