I struggle with self-esteem all the time – Brittney’s sister, Jamie Lynn admits

Jamie Lynn Spears, an American actress has narrated how she struggles with self-esteem, despite being the sister to Brittney a music star who is fondly referred to as the princess of pop.

The actress, during an interview on the American pay television channel, Fox reality show, on Wednesday, 5th of January, the actress admitted that she had always struggled with self-respect.

The Nickelodeon thespian further elaborated that while she is “extremely proud” of Britney’s triumph, she desires to have her “own identity” and “be seen as [her] own person” rather than living in her sister’s shadow.

“Growing up, my sister became famous, worldwide famous, when I was very young. I’m so proud of her, love her to death, but I don’t know. Sometimes I feel like I don’t have anything for myself. I struggle with self-esteem all the time,” she admitted.

Jamie Lynnis is popularly known for her role in“Zoey Brooks” on the Nickelodeon teen sitcom Zoey 101 which aired from 2005 to 2008.

Meanwhile, her sister Brittney spears is an award-winning American pop star often regarded as the “Princess of Pop”, she is credited with influencing the revival of teen pop during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

The sisters have also had an unstable relationship in recent years, with Britney, asserting that Jamie Lynn, failed to help her break free from their father’s control which he kept the “Toxic” singer under from February 2008 to 2021 after a Judge ruling in Los Angeles ended the legal arrangements between them in November 2021.

Britney went on social media to call out her family for banning her from making her own decisions for 13 years.
