Land crisis: CP orders arrest of arsonists, killers in Ondo

The Commissioner of Police in Ondo State, Oyediran Oyeyemi, has ordered the arrest of persons involved in arson and murder at Kuseru village in Odigbo LGA.

It was gathered that many people, including policemen and Amotekun operatives, were killed in a crisis over land ownership which rocked Kajola and Koseru villages in Odigbo LGA.

In a statement on Sunday by the command’s spokesperson, SP Funmilayo Omisanya, the CP said normalcy had returned to Kuseru village and that only two corpses were found with no police personnel affected.
