Kannywood actor earmarks N10m for movie titled ”Gudun Tsira”

The Kannywood popular actor, Nuhu Abdullahi has disclosed that his new film titled ‘Gudun Tsira’ would gulp about N10 million from pre-production to post-production.

The actor who was also the Managing Director of GG Film Production made the disclosure during the script presentation and unveiling of the movie ‘Gudun Tsira’ which held at Paradise Hot Restaurant in Kano yesterday.

The actor also said the shooting of the movie would commence on 28th March and might last for two to three weeks.

Nuhu, who starred in educative films which included ‘Ashabul Khafi’, ‘Kanen Miji’ and first Kannywood English film ‘There Is A Way’, said the reason behind the unveiling of the film was to interact with characters that would ease the shooting of the film while onset.

He said: "The central theme of the film is on the enlightenment of the public on dangers of reckless driving on the roads and how to avoid accidents," he said.

Mr Nuhu said the film would be directed by Falalu Dorayi and would feature the famous Kannywood actor Ali Nuhu as the lead character to be supported by Hadiza Gabon, Nuhu Abdullahi, Jamila Nagudu among others.

"I budgeted about N7 to N10 million and when released it would makes a lot of drivers to come back to their senses and value their lives and other people’s." He concluded.
