Several persons sustained severe injuries in a violent clash that erupted between two rival cult gang members in a hotel in the Agege area of Lagos.
The fracas which started from a hotel in the area extended to Dopemu and other adjourning streets.
Already, eleven members of the different gangs have been arrested and different weapons used recovered.

Members of a rival gang identified as Eiye confraternity were holding a secret meeting when those from Aiye allegedly stormed the hotel to disrupt the meeting.
Those arrested are now been detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Yaba and would soon be charged in court.
A police source said the fight between the rival gang which started from inside the hotel around 2 am lasted till 4 am when policemen from the state anti-crime outfit the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), were deployed to quell the situation.
Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the incident said a police patrol team deployed to the situation arrested 11 members of the gangs involved in the violent clash.
Hundeyin said the fracas started from a hotel ( name withheld) in Agege, Lagos State at about 2:45 am.
