Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday berated the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) over poor prosecution of cases in court.
The judge said most of the cases handled by the NSCDC which he presided over were poorly prosecuted.
Buba made the comment when the NSCDC brought two persons accused of belonging to unlawful society before him.
The two, Adewale Seun and Lukumon Bello were accused of belonging to unlawful society on Nigerian territorial water.
The NSCDC slammed a three count-charge on the accused persons, including that they on January 2017 at their base in Oto-Awori, Badagry, conspired with one another to commit a felony by being in an unlawful society, assisting in management of unlawful society.
