Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Ekiti State have arrested eight suspects and recovered 1,465kg of Indian hemp on their farm at Ire-Ekiti in Oye LGA.
The Deputy Commandant, Narcotic Operations, Ekiti, Mohammed Ibrahim, led the operation which also saw the destruction of the plantation worth about N5m.
