The panel said Agah was not properly nominated for the February 26 by-election for the constituency, adding that there were incidents of over-voting.
While dismissing Agah’s appeal, the Court of Appeal also ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to return the PRP candidate, who came second in the by-election as the duly elected member representing the constituency.
