Two sons of one Mr Lukman Aliyu who were abducted by gunmen last week have been released after payment of a N5 million ransom.
The victims, Muideen (12) and Quadir (15), were kidnapped when five gunmen attacked their house at midnight last week in Aseyori community, Alagbado area of Ilorin West LGA of Kwara State.

Although the kidnappers demanded N20m, My Aliyu told City & Crime that they later agreed to collect N5m.

He said, “I sold my car, mortgaged my house and with contributions from family and community members I raised the N5m.”
