Man set to trek from Abuja to Borno for Sheriff (PHOTO INCLUDED)

 An unidentified young man in a viral photo has stated that he is willing and gearing up to trek for Sen Ali-Modu sheriff (SAS).

The young man wrote that he is willing to trek from Abuja to Borno state in solidarity with Sheriff.

He said "From Abuja to Borno Maiduguri with legs. Am happy SAS PDP National Party Chairman".

Sheriff has been in a court battle with Makarfi over the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party.

Recently a Port-harcourt appeal court sacked the National Caretaker Chairman of the PDP, Sen. Ahmed Makarfi in favour of Sheriff.

Recall that in 2015 Hashim was reported to have trekked from Lagos to Abuja to celebrate President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory at the poll.

His action spurred a series of other trekking’s across the country.
