PTAD engages customers, pensioners on services

As part of activities marking the Customer Service Week, the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) said it will be engaging with its customers and pensioners on the agency’s operations with a view to improving service delivery.

Executive Secretary of PTAD, Dr Chioma Ejikeme, stated this yesterday at the directorate’s headquarters in Abuja during the flag-off of the 2022 Customer Service Week which had the theme “Celebrate Service.”

The ES who was represented by the Director, Corporate Service Department of the agency, Mr Sani Mustapha, said the week is aimed at improving interaction and rewarding hard work of staff who ensure that customers and pensioners get value.

She added that activities have been lined up for the week to discuss salient issues in managing customers to ensure that the directorate continues to enjoy a seamless process in pension administration.

Also, the national coordinator/CEO SERVICOM, Mrs Nnenna Akajemeli, noted that promoting effective and efficient service delivery in MDAs will address service failures in all organs and all levels of government.
