The Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) must be voted out in the next governorship election because of its alleged failure to deliver good governance to the people.
APC, in a statement by its publicity secretary, Olawale Sadare, alleged that Governor Seyi Makinde was syphoning public funds rather than developing infrastructure and delivering good governance to the people of the state.

The opposition party also accused the PDP-led government of failing to tackle the security and other challenges bedevilling the state.
But in a reaction, the PDP spokesman, Akeem Olatunji, said the only policy known by APC is to inflict pain on the masses, hence they couldn’t appreciate good governance.
