The police in Jigawa State have arrested a 40-year-old man, Adamu Baushe, for stealing nine sheep in Kafin Hausa LGA of Jigawa State.
The police spokesman in the state, DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, told newsmen that the suspect was seen wandering around at about 11am with nine sheep suspected to have been stolen from different villages in the LGA.

He said the arrest was made following a series of complaints of missing sheep and other property received by the police.
