Director-General of NITDA, Inuwa Kashifu Abdullahi in his keynote address at the close of the 10-day bootcamp noted that the programme, which held simultaneously in Abuja, Lagos and Kano encouraged the kids to start early in deepening their interest in different areas of Information Technology (IT) and emerging technologies.

According to him, seven out of the 10 fastest growing and better-paying jobs globally are in the Information Technology (IT) sector. He, therefore, urged the participants to seize the golden opportunity to start coding early in life, and become exceptional by coming up with initiatives that can solve problems.
