The remaining games of the 2021/22 season will be played simultaneously on Sunday at all venues, according to a statement from the League Management Company (LMC).
The move, according to the LMC, is being made to promote equity and fair play as the season’s finale approaches.

Due to this change, games on matchdays 37 and 38 will now take place on the same day.
Rivers United’s Stanley Eguma has already won the title for the first time in the club’s history. The second spot has also been secured by former champions Plateau United.
Both clubs will compete in the CAF Champions League next season. However, there is still competition for the third spot, which ensures entry for the CAF Confederation Cup.
Remo Stars, Kwara United, Rangers, Enyimba, and Sunshine Stars are vying for the ticket. Also, the relegation battle is still on with five clubs in a tough fight to escape the drop.
MFM were relegated from the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) last weekend.
