The governorship aspirant of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Plateau State, Dr Sani Dawop, has said that his party will win the 2023 election in the state.
Dr Dawop, who spoke yesterday at the party’s office in Jos, said the kind of politics played in the state had not been progressive and development-oriented.

He said the APC and PDP had failed to focus on issues that would bring development to the state.
The governorship candidate noted that some of the states that were created with Plateau had gone far in terms of the level of development in those states.
He said the ADP needed to clinch the power in 2023 to address the problem, saying that with his well of experience in politics, he believed that he would change the narrative if elected.
Dr Dawop however said for his party to achieve that, the issues of peace and security must be addressed.
