The quarter-final matches of the ongoing 5th edition of Moses Orkuma Unity Cup competition will begin today, May 31 at the famous JS Tarka Stadium, Gboko with the mouth-watering fixture between Benue Pros and Strikers FC.
The well-attended grassroots football competition, which kicked off on May 14 is sponsored by a Qatar-based former Nigerian junior international, Moses Terese Orkuma.

To reach the last eight, Benue Pros topped Group A with seven points while Moses Orkuma Friends came second in the group with five points from three matches.
In another quarter-final match, the best team of the preliminary round, Santana FC Ugba who amassed the maximum nine points to top Group B will square up with Moses Orkuma Friends on Wednesday.
On Thursday, Lobi Penguins coached by Timothy Imenger, younger brother of former Nigeria international, late Barnabas Imenger will lock horns with the dreaded Gboko outfit, BAA FC who won six points but lost the top spot in Group D to Super Stars Academy on inferior goal difference.
The quarter-final matches would be rounded off on Friday, June 3 with Super Stars winners of Group D taking on St Michaels who emerged as runners up in Group B with only four points.
At the end of the highly competitive group stages, Young Stars FC Gboko, Tarka FC Annune, Mighty Juniors Gboko, Eleven Stars FC Gboko, City Rovers FC Gboko, FC Basil Gboko and Flight U17 Gboko all fell by the wayside.
