A Nigerian healthy food-chain firm, So Fresh, has partnered with two fitness centres Fitness Central and iFitness in Lagos to promote and encourage healthy lifestyle among Nigerians.
The firm announced that the partnership is aimed at spreading a message of healthy living to as many Nigerians as possible through partnership with various stakeholders in the wellness industry.

In a statement by the firm, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Olagoke Balogun said that the partnership would see the establishment of three new So Fresh outlets within the Fitness Central and iFitness centres in Lagos.
According to him, the firms have similar goal of helping Nigerian live healthier, fitter and happier through healthy food, exercise and other fitness practices.
He said: “A lot of lifestyle factors contribute to making a person attain healthy state, including the type and quality of the food that they eat, as well as how active they are. So, this partnership helps us leverage each other’s unique proposition to spread the healthy lifestyle message broadly in our communities”
The statement further said that similar gestures by So Fresh and its partners are positively impacting on the awareness of Nigerians about what they eat, how to have a good rest and how to exercise.
