A 56-year-old man, Felix Obaji, was on Tuesday arraigned before an Ojo magistrate court in Lagos for allegedly punching wife on the lips.
The defendant was arraigned before Magistrate D.S Odukoya for assault and causing bodily harm.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge

The prosecution counsel. Insp Esther Adesulu, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on April 13, at the “God is Good” compound located at Orisha Imude, Ajangbadi in Ojo Lagos.
She alleged that the defendant busted his wife Abigail’s lips.
Magristrate Odukoya admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the case until May 10 for mention. (NAN)
