A 40-year-old man, Patrick Agim, was on Thursday brought before a Makurdi, Benue State, upper area court for seducing his neighbour’s wife.
The police charged Agim with assault and seduction.
The prosecutor, Insp Veronica Shaagee, told the court that Mr Edoh Ogebo of Land Mark School, Achusa, Makurdi, reported the case at the B division, High Level, Makurdi, on March 13.

Ins Shaagee said Ogebo, on January 14, reported that his wife, Christiana, informed him that their neighbour, Agim, had been making passes at her and indecently assaulting her by touching her breasts.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The magistrate, Rose Iyorshe, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100,000 and adjourned the case to April. (NAN)
