Malam Dahiru said the command also seized a 25-litre jerry can of a local beer, popularly called burkutu.
He explained that the alcoholic beverages were confiscated when the Hisbah personnel raided hotels, drinking joints and spots in the two LGAs, arresting 15 suspects, including a woman, in the process, adding that they had been handed over to the police.
Jibrin, while advising residents to be law abiding, emphasised that consumption of alcoholic beverages was prohibited across the state. (NAN)
