The newly appointed vice-chairman of Lobi Stars, Mr. Dominic Iorfa, has said he is unperturbed even as his boys get set to battle 2022 NPFL leaders Rivers United in rescheduled week 21 match in Port-Harcourt.
The former international made a winning return to Lobi Stars when he led the team to a resounding 2-0 win over third placed Enugu Rangers in the MatchDay 20 fixture played last Sunday in Makurdi.

Lobi Stars who are fighting against relegation are the underdogs in today’s fixture but Iorfa is confident his players will give their opponents a run for their money.
In a chat with Daily Trust, Iorfa said “Based on current form, it is obvious that we would be punching above our weight but that is not to say there is no fight in us.
“We are hoping to build on our last victory against Enugu Rangers. So we won’t submit the three points to Rivers United without a fight. My boys are highly motivated going into this match.
“The government is also doing everything possible to support our fight against relegation. It is not going to be easy but we keep taking one match at a time.”
In other week 21 matches scheduled for today, Wikki Tourists will host Sunshine Stars in Katsina while title contenders Plateau United battle Niger Tornadoes in a north central derby in Jos.
