A former governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, has inaugurated a digital secretariat in support of the 2023 ambition of the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The digital secretariat was launched by the Asiwaju Project Beyond 2023, a group promoting the presidential aspiration of the APC leader.

Shettima, who is also the senator representing Borno Central in the Senate, inaugurated the centre during a brief ceremony Friday in Abuja.
Speaking at the ceremony, Shettima expressed optimism that the centre would serve as a veritable platform for promoting the presidential aspiration of Tinubu.
The lawmaker said Tinubu’s presidential campaign would be digitally driven given Nigeria’s youthful population, many of whom he said were digital-oriented.
Shettima hailed Tinubu as a politician who is pregnant with ideas on good governance, economic diversification and tolerance of dissenting opinions.
