The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has said the federal government through the programme will continue to empower and train the Niger Delta ex-agitators who are beneficiaries of the scheme in order to attain food security and full participation in the blue economy.

Interim Administrator of the programme, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (retd), who stated this over the weekend, urged members of the public to respect the programme’s priorities.
