The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council (OYC) has expressed outrage over incessant killings in Enugu State.
About five persons were killed on Wednesday when gunmen attacked polling units during the local government elections in the state.

In a statement yesterday, the President General of OYC, Mazi Okwu Nnabuike, said the attacks were too many.
The youth leader called on aggrieved youths to come to the negotiating table as “the current approach will not yield the desired results.”
He also commiserated with the victims of the gunmen attack at the New Cattle Market in Abia, urging security agencies to carryout in-depth investigation before arriving at a conclusion.
He demanded adequate compensation for the victims from the government to assuage them.
Nnabuike called on the Enugu State government to rise to the occasion to tackle the menace once and for all, saying, “It does appear that the federal government-controlled security apparatus is sitting on the fence.”
