Judge warns defendant for inviting police into court

A judge at Central Court 1, Jos, H. A. Dolna, has warned a defendant, Narsel Dammo, for inviting police officers to arrest a complainant in the court.

Mrs Dammo, who is the second defendant in the case was sued alongside her elder sister, Regina Dammo, over a disagreement on the sale of a Peugeot car to the defendant.

The judge, who described the action of the second defendant as contemptuous, warned that she would have herself to blame for any action taken against her for a repeat of such behaviour.
