Attah Igala to receive staff of office March 4

The Chairman Central Planning Committee of  Attah Igala’s coronation (CPC), Chief Sylvester Momoh Ọnọja (OON), has said the ceremonial presentation of Staff of Office to His Royal Majesty Matthew Alaji Ọpaluwa-Ogwuchẹ would hold on March 4.

He disclosed this Thursday in Lokoja in a statement made available to Daily Trust.

He said the governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, had approved the date for the coronation ceremony.

The statement advised all the chairmen and members of the composite coronation committees to redouble their efforts in their respective roles to make the ceremony a huge success.

The CPC called upon all the sons and daughters of Igala, both at home and in the diaspora, to generously contribute to the event.
