A 30-year-old man identified only as Femi in Moniya, Akinyele Local Government Area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital on Monday allegedly killed a woman on her farm.
Daily Trust learnt that Femi and the woman, whose name was not revealed had some unresolved issues before the family met the lifeless body of the woman on the farm.
Our correspondent further gathered that Femi fled Ibadan for Ife in Osun state after the incident.

A source in the village, who craved anonymity, told Daily Trust that Femi was the prime suspect because he had serious issues with the woman concerning a landed property.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, could not be reached for comment as he did not reply calls and text message sent to him.
