PHOTOS: Inside the school where Hanifa was buried

Nigerians are yet to recover from the shock of the killing of an innocent five-year-old pupil, Hanifa Abubakar.

More shocking is the fact that someone her parents trusted to educate her took her life as Abdulmalik Tanko, the proprietor of Noble Kids Nursery and Primary School, confessed to the crime at the Kano State Police Command Headquarters on Friday.

Daily Trust visited the school where Hanafi’s abductor buried her after committing the heinous act.

The atmosphere was cold as people gathered and discussed the issue in hushed tone. The government has shut the school indefinitely.
